Although there are no boundaries between the sites of each dwelling, a 900 square
metre rhombus shape has been applied throughout the
site to assist in the allocation
of apace for each dwelling. the rhombus doesn’t represent a clearly defined site
, but rather a planning consideration in the sitting of each dwelling.

Each plot follows vaastu principles where the plot boundary is stretched to the
north east which is beneficial for capturing good energy. This also allows for a
generous amount of space at the entry of each dwelling.
